Rajiv Sharma holds licensed certifications directly from both Dr. Richard Bandler and Dr. John Grinder — a dual lineage that is exceptionally rare in the global NLP community.
Dr. Richard Bandler and Dr. John Grinder created Neuro-Linguistic Programming at the University of California, Santa Cruz in the early 1970s. They studied therapists and communicators who produced reliable results with people, then documented the language patterns and behavioral structures that made the work effective.
Bandler still runs The Society of NLP in the United States, which he founded as the licensing body for NLP training worldwide. The MARK Model exists because Rajiv noticed something across two decades of training rooms. Mindset shifts on day one. Energy peaks around 4 PM.
